Previous Situation:
TOP came to us with the challenge of a poorly coded WooCommerce Back-End on WordPress CMS. They had a subscription service that wasn’t offering a clean checkout process to users and the website in general wasn’t performing well on search engines.
Work Delivered:
We were able migrate the entire website from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify and integrate with Bold Commerce to manage subscription orders. We were able to save all customer credit card details through a 3rd party encrypted migration tool and didn’t need customers to reenter any of their information. This allowed for a much cleaner checkout UX, easier customer management, better marketing tools, and overall an increase in sales as well as organic SEO results. We LOVE working with TOP!
